Womens Ministry

Pastor Darlene Garza

Pastor Darlene serves as Co-Pastor at The Rock Church, where her passion is to help women discover their God-given potential and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ. She is dedicated to creating spaces where women can connect, grow, and support one another in faith. She believes that as women grow in their understanding of God's Word, they are empowered to impact their families, communities, and the world for Christ. Her ministry philosophy is centered on discipleship, teaching women how to study the Bible for themselves and apply it to their everyday lives.

Pastor Darlene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theological studies and is continuing her education. She has been involved in ministry for 26 years, serving in various roles including women’s ministry, pastoral care, volunteer director, and missionary work in Mexico and South Africa.

She is honored to serve alongside Pastor Steve Garza, to love the unlovable and reach the unreachable.

Elena Vance

Elena oversees gather spaces, visual storytelling, and ministry operations. With a background in architectural design, she curates immersive sanctuary atmospheres that foster peace, reflection, and quiet reverence.

Her commitment to authentic hospitality ensures every visitor experiences a warm, pressure-free welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.

Youth & Community Pastor

David Chen

David directs youth programming and small-group ministry circles. He creates energetic yet thoughtful environments where teenagers and young adults can ask hard questions, explore faith, and build lifelong friendships.

He regularly organizes weekend retreats, local service projects, and outdoor community dinners designed to foster genuine connection outside Sunday services.
